OK, I could not fit in a category for myself, i.e. was supplementing before checking the blood level, still was barely sufficient or maybe even a little insufficient. So, I am going to make a guess for myself that- before supplementing 2000 IU daily for some months which did not get me above 30, that I was deficient before supplementing.

I bet another problem that will mess up a poll like this is that probably very few guys with PC had their levels checked any where near the time of the diagnosis, or just not ever checked at anytime.

Yeah, I know, I need more spaces for more choices but the limit is 6. But I wanted to include 3 categories of vitamin D level: not enough(deficient), not quite good enough(insufficient) and good enough(sufficient). Maybe I should have included intermediate and low in the same category, since I can't do them all? But I don't know how to edit the poll.
What was your group/level?

Prato, I have started a new thread/poll and included low and intermediate risk together, please vote there if you have measured vitamin D levels. Anyone else who voted, please revote in new thread. Sorry for inconvenience. Mods please close thread.

Thank you RCS. Did you already vote? If so, please revote in the new thread which includes low and medium risk together. Sorry for the inconvenience!
