Just got radiology reports (bone and CT) that I will be reviewing with my oncologist tomorrow and have a few questions on interpreting terms.

"Interval development of ..." INTERVAL DEVELOPMENT means since the last test, correct?
"Stable left lower ..." STABLE means since the last test, correct?

As an example: Urinary bladder: "Grossly unremarkable" - Does "grossly" mean
without a detailed analysis but within limits?

Am sure your doc can answer your questions...

From GOOGLE:

"In medical terminology the term gross means able to be seen with the naked eye, as in gross anatomy. So when a doctor says that something was grossly unremarkable, it means that they examined it without magnification, and didn't detect anything wrong with it. On the converse when a doctor says grossly abnormal, they looked at it ans were able to dect abnormal changes without needing to use a microscope."
