I haven't posted for awhile, but I thought I would give some encouragement to guys who are having orgasm problems post-surgery. While I still have severe ED after almost 4 years post-RP, my orgasm quality has drastically improved lately. The first 2 or so years post-RP were painful and with spasms. The 3rd year post RP was not painful, but not much good results either. The past 6 months (3.5 to 4 years post RP) have seen a HUGE improvement in orgasm quality, up to maybe 70% of what it was prior to surgery. This is actually what my URO said has happened to some of his other patients. So there is hope long-term on this problem. BTW, PSA is still undetectable.
