Planks are good. Before surgery, I was doing crunches. My surgeons PA said Lanka are better. So now I am doing both.
I think I've lost too much weight from eating no wheat, I'd like to put on 5 pounds, but muscle, not fat. So I bought a weight bench, some Dumbbells , and just started working on it. It will take a few months though, at my age, to pack on any muscle at all.
Another benefit of lost weight. Not only is my acid reflux gone, but the burning I always had when the coffee went down my esophagus, seems to be gone.
I beleive wheat promotes inflamation, all over the body.
