CyberKnife-2 months out

Hello Brothers ans Sisters,Its been 2 months since my last 5 sessions CyberKnife/SBRT treatment.All is going well.

Urinary SEs: sleeping thru the nite,improved from getting up once a night.During the day when always active,usually pee every 2 hrs or so.But when duty calls its like right now,but not an issue.

Rectal SEs: Really none.Just seems I sit longer on the throne.

Sexual SEs: Erections are good enough for penetration.I still have sperm,not as milky white as before.Still taking Sildenafil (Viagra) daily,20 or 40mg,per my RO and URO.

In another month I will be getting my first post radiation PSA.Just wondering what scores to expect during the first year.

I hope my other CK brothers are doing well as I.SemperFi

0311, As you can see from the stats in my signature, my PSA was cut about in half right out of the gate and continued to drop. I had a minor "bounce", but overall it keeps going down. My advice is to not get your expectations up too high, as everyone is different, but I think you'll be very happy. The SE's were my biggest fear, and that has not been an issue for me. Sounds like you're doing well, good for you! My doc claims that any side effects from this type of radiation will normally surface from 2-4 years out. I'm in the middle of that, with nothing bad happening yet. Take good care of your overall health, and you should be fine. Hope to hear your great results soon.
