Hello Sixpacks,
I've been on continuous ADT shots for almost three solid years now ... so, I'm right down in the trenches with you, my brother ...
That being said ... I know there are medications for "restless leg syndrome" ... ask your doctor for some advice on that.
If it's a situation of sharp leg cramps in the night, that's happened to me ... it can indicate a potassium deficiency --- when it's happened to me, I stock up on bananas and that takes care of it !
I would suggest you stretch and bend and flex your legs while still in your bed, before getting up in the morning. I think that would help alleviate some of the symptoms you are describing. Then, sit on the edge of the bed for a few moments and flex your legs and toes before standing up.
I think that your exercise routine is smart and healthy. Helps all of us --- any form of exercise --- whatever you like best --- pick an activity you like --- stay dedicated to it, year 'round.
As far as the night sweats you mentioned, Sixpacks --- here are some tips --- cool cotton sheets and cool cotton pillow cases --- you can put double pillow cases on your pillows to protect your pillows from the "night sweats" experience ---
Glass filled with ice and water by your bedside --- I have heard that some fellows put a frozen gel "ice pack" by their bedside every evening, and they use that if they wake up in the middle of the night to cool themselves down a bit.
I think there's no substitute for a bedroom ceiling fan or room fan in your bedroom, if you experience frequent night sweats.
These are some easy tips that might help you navigate through the "night sweats" you have described.
Thanks for the post, and thanks for keeping in touch, Sixpacks !
All my best,
