I don't know of any nomograms that were constructed from a database that included uPSA tests. So that means that the data in the nomogram used the 0.2 definition of biochemical recurrence. Your PSA seems to be increasing at 0.01 every 3 months, so if it continues at that rate it will take 39 more months to reach 0.2. Adding that to the 22 months since your RALP would give you a projected time of 61 months, or about 5 years. But this is not really valid (who knows if the PSA will stabilize or accelerate?). I just wouldn't use a nomogram that isn't validated for your situation.
