Received a new BX report from pathology at Virginia Mason.
Ltd Lat. mid 3+4 G7 (2of2) cores 60% (pin)
Rt Lat. Base 4+4 G8 (2of2) cores 30% (early emerging foci 5)
Rt Lat. Mid 4+4 G8 (2of2) cores 30% (early emerging foci 5)
Rt Apex. 4+5 G9 (2of2) cores. 70% (pin 0.20mm from mature adiocytes raising concern for extra prostatic extention.
So a slight improvement from initial pathology report. New to me is the last comment about pin 0.20mm from mature adiocytes raising concern for extra prostatic extention. Any thoughts? See difference from original report in my signature. Thanks. Mark
