98 Palladium-103 seeds implanted Mon 08/08. Took a while to pass enough urine to be allowed to go home, but was home in time for dinner. Pain not a factor and resumed walking my dog on our regular schedule (2-3 times per day/half mile per walk) within 48 hours.
Having significant issues with urinary symptoms post-procedure. Have to go frequently, particularly at night, which keeps me from getting a good night's sleep. Called RO on Wed 08/17, who upped my Flomax from 1 per day to 2 per day. Follow-up visit with RO on Tues 09/07.
Important to point out that RO DID tell me that I had an increased risk of culinary symptoms post-procedure, so this is not a total surprise. Just frustrating in that I feel fine and am mentally ready to go back to work, but am hesitant until my symptoms smooth out some......
Other than Flomax, anything I can do to help the process along?
