9/07/16 PSA <0.1 had my 4th shot of lupron 6 in June after 45 days of IMRT. I know it is a risk but have given thought to a Vacation starting January 17 backing off on lupron in hopes to get a release on the SE. Being gleason 8 stage 4 n1 m1 will be reading in hopes to get a clear idea of the greatest decision of my life. Give me back my quality of life.

I don't really see much risk. The purpose of the ADT was not to cure you, you were just trying to slow the cancer down after de-bulking the primary cancer in the prostate bed and pelvic LNs with salvage IMRT. With only one metastasis, I hope the intermittent ADT restores some quality of life for you.
