As a G9... when can I relax?

I know the answer is never but .... my history and then my question.
History...
Dx Aug 2011 @g7 Surgery Sept 2011 now a G9(5+4)
SRT spring 2012 ADT Oct 2012 to Sept 2014.
Testosterone completely normal again by April 2015.

Now my question. .. Did SRT work?
I know there is always the possibility of one of those 5 cells still floating around ready to anchor in. But with a rapidly rising psa prior to SRT... did it work? Or is it just been driven into a remission by the ADT? How long are the effects of ADT expected to last. (I feel great) My Testosterone has been normal for at least 17 months.
I have a pessimistic urologist and an optimistic oncologist. (That maybe due to the circumstances).

Is there a nomagram that adds time post srt?

Just curious for some comments. I have an upcoming oncologist appointment this fall and wondering what I can ask.

Always appreciate input from the very knowledgeable members of the group.

Your last line in the post is your answer to your own question...a good one at that...learning to relax is just that.. learning...hopefully others will give their thoughts on how to learn...we have generalities ...you have the specifics...listen and trust your self...

Too young-

Did it work? As far as you know, it did. Your PSA after testosterone recovery is undetectable even on an ultrasensitive test. What more could you ask for?

I don't know of any nomograms applicable to you at this point. And there are really no decisions to be made based on your current undetectable PSA. I hope you do consider yourself cured. What do you have to gain by taking any other attitude? If that changes later, you can deal with it later.

I do believe in moving on... enjoy life... but
Specifically, my question is related to that magic time frame of post SRT. Does ADT really surpress cancer beyond the point your testostrone is low?

We must have posted at the same time.

I didn't think there was any nomagrams at this point. But alwats worth a check. .. things are alwsys changing.

I actually enjoy the visits with my oncologist. He started out with a pretty glum outlook for me and now we discuss some of the intetesting new treatments. Must be the engineer in me.... problem hasn't been definitively solved yet.

I'm always fishing for questions.

too young...I'm sort of in your shoes. I think I'm doing well after treatment, but I also feel like it's way too early to declare success. To that end, I've actually been trying to live by the statement in your signature: I'm not going to worry about anything until someone tells me it's time to start worrying.

I wish you continued success!

Thanks for the responses. I don't want to give the impression I'm sitting here worrying about it. I'm definitely doing my best to enjoy every day.
My questions and occasional doubt usually accompany a check up.
I check in here once a week or so but I generally don't comment much as the core group handles the majority of the questions. And I can't keep up with all the new members to the club. Hopefully the once a week will change to once a month and then once a year.

In a recent thread, someone, I don't recall who, stated "I consider myself cured, until proven otherwise " I may be paraphrasing. But that statement really resonated with me. It should, with anyone who is undetectable, no matter what our Gleason score.
