Hello GMOOSE2,
I always follow your posts and appreciate your loyalty here on the website. I know that we have some common threads in our treatment history, including ZYTIGA ...
I know that a few days of "rest and relaxation" can work wonders, in some situations.
However, if you don't feel any improvement in the next few days --- I think you might want to get that scan scheduled in the near future ... rather than waiting a couple of months down the road.
It sounds like your daily living is being impacted right now, so you have my concern and compassion, GMOOSE2.
I am really hoping you can get some answers ... and hopefully, get some relief for this situation.
Yes, winter weather can DEFINITELY have an impact on daily fitness goals, as you referenced in your post. This winter, I have been walking on the recreational trail around the local lake, when weather allows. On icy or stormy days, I walk at indoor locations. In the winter, I also visit the local recreation center, where they have fitness equipment and a nice walking track around the second level.
I wanted to let you know I was thinking of you and hoping that you can get your pain issued addressed, diagnosed, and resolved ... you might have to take a proactive approach and schedule a scan in the near future ... hoping that you feel better SOON !
You have my support, prayers, and "Healing Well" thoughts, GMOOSE2 !
Handshake of support, extended to you,
