A question about hematuria and low dose aspirin

I started having some problems with hematuria a couple of months ago. Uro took a look inside the bladder and found several radiation damaged blood vessels. Labs and some imaging did not reveal any other problems. He believed that it would eventually take care of itself. I'm still having problems with blood clots blocking the urethra. Is it possible that low dose aspirin is causing the bleeding? I have an appointment with my uro in a few weeks and will check with him. I have taken low dose aspirin for several years and would be reluctant to stop now that I'm in my 80's.
