Hi all,
Posting this in two areas as it is good news all around. Just had my 21 month bloods taken for psa and good news all around for prostate and cardiac problems!
i have reduced my cholesterol levels to 1.7. HDL 0.74 and LDL 0.6 with a ratio of 2.3. Doctor is very pleased as am I, following heart attack and subsequent cardiac arrest 5 months ago.
Can anyone lead to any research regarding reversing the effects of cholesterol through low figures such as these?
Also psa is still undetectable after prostatectomy in May 2015.
Time to celebrate.
Also in the last 2 weeks had a wisdom tooth removed after 5 months of an exposed nerve. Couldn't remove it because of blood thinning medication and the bleeding risk but the pain ended up being too much. As well a SSC removed from my scalp successfully with little bleeding.
It has been an interesting fortnight, but all good now. I have even returned to doing some light running.
I feel like a new man.
