My father started Enza at the end of January 2017. Due to his already fatigue condition, the Medonc only allow him to take 80mg of the medication instead of the original 160mg.
After taking it, his bone pain reduced significantly and a recent blood test reveal a PSA reduction from 1800 to 900. Its a massive reduction since he only took it for 2 weeks and at half the dosage.
However, a recent CT scan revealed bleeding in the brain. Hence this med was stopped and he's now on hospice. He is still alert and not symptomatic but due to the bleeding in his brain, treatment has ceased.
