Hi,
I have noticed a few threads recently discussing uPSA recurrence and possible benign tissue or BPH tissue as causes. I am currently trying to feel my way through this myself, having just had two low uPSA readings after five years of post-RALP undetectable tests. I have another posting ongoing, specifically for my case -- am currently in a watch and monitor status, just needing more time to see trend and then take action, if warranted.
Since I have been doing due diligence research just wanted to put following out for whomever may be interested. Thought it might save you some time or give a little guidance.
The HAMA (human antimouse antibodies) topic is interesting--our cat has dragged a couple mice in the house in last year--guess she thinks it's easier to chase them around the house than in the bigger back year (ha). Or she wants to repay our kindness by offering small gifts...
fwiw,
Robert
