I want to congratulate you on asking all the right questions of your doctors, and doing your homework. You've obviously done your part to be an informed, educated patient, which has already aided you in not over-reacting. You'll make a good decision on your own.
You asked: "
Thought on future biopsy's?"
You've already had two, and neither one showed anything to get very excited about
. You appear to be an ideal AS candidate, especially with your awareness. You'll probably have another biopsy in a couple years, and then again in a couple years after that. After that, additional biopsies will probably depend on what's been found, but since you already made it to 67 with apparently a biological / genetic prostate epithelial background that is NOT overly conducive to growing anything aggressive, I wouldn't expect much to change...
Do you know what the #1 killer of men with prostate cancer is? Heart disease. Not prostate cancer. And this includes all the men with serious, high-grade PC. You don't have serious, high-grade PC. You are not going to die of prostate cancer.
