Dear friends,
I went through some research articles and found that increasing FSH values has direct correlation with castrate resistant prostate cancer. I wonder my fathers FSH was below 2 when he started ADT and his PSA also as zero. Since his PSA raised (PSA 4.8- FSH as 7.0) we started chemotherapy but now again it started rising and this time (PSA 5.8 and FSH as 11.8) even we started arbiterone but its not working.LH and T are below 0. He used goserelin acetate as ADT, however i heard that degarelix which has different meachanism of action (Trade name controls FSH also for longer time).
Any suggestions?
