We met with the urologist/oncologist last week solely for the purpose of discussing the
STAMPEDE article. We reviewed the HR together. The uro said these articles have been all the talk among urologists. He is going to discuss our case at the tumour board meetings next week.

I'd really appreciate the thoughts of others on this. One concern is that the data for the high risk/node positive men is not mature, especially regarding survival. The uro expressed concern about "burning bridges" and not having Abiraterone/Zytiga down the line as a therapy.

So far no major side effects, but I am getting weird dreams and monster size hot flashes.

I have had major hot flashes from the Lupron I am taking 150 mg of Venlafaxine and it is under control now. They where up to 30 minutes long,
