I am 59 and recently learned that I probably have ductal cancer with a gleason score of 4+4=8 and want as much information as I can get about what to expect and recommendations on top notch doctors in or close to North Carolina.
Google searches have already proven that ductal cancer is rare and it is hard to get information about expectations and experienced doctors.

Next steps are:
MRI
Full biopsy
Follow up after tests

Welcome to the forum. Sorry you find yourself here but glad you found us.

We have a handful of ductal PC guys here on the forum.

If you haven't already seen it you might check out this thread about men with intraductal prostate cancer. Intraductal Guys ~ Please check in!

I did a bit of Googling and the ductal and intraductal varieties seem close enough.

What part of NC? I live in Cary.
