post-SRT psa test

I finished 35 sessions of IMRT on Sept. 7. When should I get a PSA test?
Also, I'm scheduled for a followup with the radiologist for Oct. 16. I'm not experiencing any side effects, so is there any reason for me to keep this appointment?

Likely that's one of the things the RO will talk about at the follow up.

3 months is good. RT takes awhile to show effects, so no rush to get the test.

I always liked to see my RO after PSA tests. As Andrew said, 3 months is a good time because most of the PSA from the immediately-killed cancer cells will have dissipated by then.
