Had robotic removal 11/2009 with Gleason 4+3. 3 years ago psa went to .13 then 2 ago to .25 and now to.31. Feel fine and tonight have burning when urinating. Now age 74. Concerned

I'd be talking with an Urologist for the burning and a radiation oncologist for possible Salvage Radiation.
PSA may be too low for a newer scan to show cancer uptake, but could be worth a try?

The burning and the PSA rise are probably 2 separate issues. Your PSA doubling time is very slow, which is a good sign, but as Bobby said, time to make a couple of appointments...

Burning is likely just an infection. Drink more water and see the URO. You might needs some meds.
