Had prostate removed 1 year ago. Oral drugs not working. Mens health clinic good or bad? Cost of vial? Can my urologist prescribe? Painless or not? Any answers appreciated

Cost $150.00. Depends if overnight shipping is involved. URO can prescribe it. Small pain injecting. Its worth it. 30% of men have extreme pain from one component in trimix. Go to bimix from there. There is a internet site. (Frank Talk) that deals with injections in depth. It takes some experimenting to get to the right dose. I have no nerves and trimix gave me a solid erection for 2 hrs but unfortunately I was 1 of the 30% that had sever pain. Trying to find the right dose of bimix now.

I got mine from a lab in NJ. It cost about $100 for a 5ml bottle. The typical injection volume was 0.2 ml, so a bottle is good for 25 times. Some guys use more. Some less.
It expires quickly so store it in the fridge.

Your urologist can certainly prescribe it for you. The first shot will probably be in your urologist's office. Trimix isn't free but for most guys it is one of the least expensive per-dose options since a vial is usually good for 20 or 30 jabs.

Sticking needles in your willy is not exactly fun but I managed to do it three time a week for three years and if even I can do it how difficult can it be?

Do you store Trimix in the Fridge, or Freezer?


Mine hasn't worked yet up to 80ml ... but I've been freezing it.... could that be why?

I've frozen filled syringes before to use while traveling. That seemed to work OK. As far as I know it freezes well.

Sometimes urologists will initially prescribe a lower strength mix for guys just starting out. There is less risk that way that men who respond strongly will wind up in the emergency room with the watery starter-mix but those with a venous leak may need something stronger.

Have you tried standing after you inject? or sitting upright? Sometimes that helps.

Is that 80 units? = .8ml. I freeze mine and it works but with pain. What is your prescription? ( strong or weak)

My Uro prescribed mine. There's only one compounding pharmacy in my area. I spend about $85 for a 5ml vile. I switched to a less potent mix a year ago, because of pain, and it works well, but it does take some time to get the dosing right. Even then, from time to time, it just fails to get the job done. That said, it's still the most consistent of any method I've tried since treatment. I store mine in the freezer.

Could you share with us what your less potent mix is? How many units do you inject.
