Hey InTheShop, how about a poem reflecting support for Movember?

A lot of guys are taking a bold step forward and stretching themselves to pay-it-forward for the benefit of others.

How about showing them a little poetic love?

An assignment? Interesting. Normally my poetry doesn't work that way, but we can give it a try. Most of my poems form around a central image or metaphor. Sometimes a word, sound, smell, or song can bring a poem to mind. As a poet, I don't invent the words, rather the words use me to find their life - I am merely being true to the needs of the poem.

So, give me some words, images, stories, feelings about Movember, and I'll see what words wish to come to the page.

Oops, I think I might have messed you up, InTheShop. You probably had a poem with all the words from my first list almost all done when I sent the 2nd and then the 3rd lists. Probably messed everything up. Apologies. Ok, I'll stop now and just let you add in all those words...no more.

Sorry, been a bit out of action - was in the doc's office most of yesterday and schedule for some scans later this week, but I'll be in the office tonight doing some writing. Hope to get something then.
