James, I’d second all that Larry says. Walking anywhere, even in the house, for extended periods. Assuming your catheter is out, lots of kegels, holding the clench for a few seconds then releasing and tightening again in sets of 10 reps.
And see what the psa is at 12 weeks. There’s a thread about the six weeks point, when most people are undetectable, but the 12-week seems to be the more definitive time.
