This may be a dumb question and goes against conventional thinking. But exercise does increase your T Level (although for 15 minutes to an hour post exercise).
Would this increase in T levels increase the chance of BCR or give more fuel to PC cells?

No. Your entire premise is unsupported: that extra testosterone "fuels" PC in non-castrate men. And in castrate men, exercise won't increase T levels. Either way - you have no excuse for avoiding exercise.

Thanks TA. Yeah...I am going nuts on exercise right now and want to keep it that way. Goal is to run a triathlon within the next year.
