Radiation has a temporary depressing effect on serum testosterone. For me, it lasted about a year before it rebounded. On top of that, you had Lupron as well (I'm not sure why you had Lupron when your highest Gleason score was 7 - was it 4+3? Did you have some other risk factor, like stage or PSA?). It may take a while for T levels to recover from that too. You did not mention what your PSA levels have been doing since treatment. At some point, if your PSA is convincingly low, your doctors may be willing to consider either jump-starting your natural production of testosterone using clomid or HGH, or supplementing testosterone.
Fortunately for me, my T levels did eventually rebound, but I was 57, and you are 77 - so it may take longer for you. I found that a lot of exercise (both aerobic and weight lifting) helped restore my vigor when my T levels were low. If you can afford a trainer at the gym, someone to crack the whip may be able to motivate you while you wait it out.
