Time for my shot yet?

My cancer returned in 2006. I had seeds and radiation in 2000. From 0.12 until today’s 5.666. My last bone scan was 4 months ago and was negative. I posted all my info on here a few months but cannot find my post? I need your advice please as should I wait a little longer or start hormone therapy. If so Lupron or Zytiga or both ? My Onco follows the "one thing at a time" plan. I suspect he would put someone in your situation on Lupron and wait a couple of months to see what trend the PSA takes. If it did not decline significantly, he would add Zytiga or Xtandi.

In my case, which one depended on my insurance. They would not pay for Xtandi until I had tried and failed Zytiga, because there is a $1000+ price difference
