I realize that there are probably several clinical trials out there that will eventually tell us in what order and in what combinations we should take these drugs to increase their effectiveness. I’m curious though if there is anything we know today that would help us decide without the benefit of years of clinical trials data.
Let’s assume for the sake of argument that we can get to all 3 drugs and insurance will cover all 3. Which one first, second, etc.... any combinations...and any thoughts on the resistance of these drugs with each other.

Apalutamide cross resistance is unknown. But between Xtandi and Zytiga, the sequence doesn't matter.

IF studies in mice mean anything then darolutamide (ODM-201) may avoid resistance overlay with enzalutamide.
