Hello,
Would someone please help me calculating my PSADT?
From my signature, can I use lab1 data only and do the calculations or use lab2 results only or use the data from both lab1 and lab2?

You don't have enough data points for any one lab (you need at least 3 over 0.1), and you shouldn't mix labs. Just wait until you have a third data point from one of the labs.

Thanks very much Allen. I do have an extra one from lab1 but was .09, do you think I can cheat and use it as .1 instead. It was on 11/1/2016

Thanks for not telling lol. I am just trying to look for encouraging news because I am depressed and scared about this. If I change the .09 to .1 and use the 3 readings I get 20 month and if I don’t I get like 9 months and I never knew before you told me that I need 3 readings smile.

For what it's worth, it's all too easy to get yourself worked up about these trends. I know, I have. My PSA trend after coming off of 3 years on ADT had an alarming early rate of rise. It has since leveled off, and even declined somewhat.

A couple of thoughts... talk to your doctor(s) about your concern. They may give you some helpful perspective. Also, ask them about the repeatability of the test score you're using. Be very careful using numbers that are near the repeatability. Otherwise, you're just making yourself stressed by chasing shadows; the signal is lost in the noise.
