Wow been reading how Radiation has been giving some of the guys loose stools, constipation, explosive stools and a weak urine stream. it seems Radiation just keeps on giving. Then was reading on MDLINX how ADT contributes to Diabetes for guys that are pre-diabetic, and a new study that radiation might increase your chances of rectal and colon cancer. Kinda sounds like the warning on the side of a prescript
ion bottle! But we keep taking them with the understanding they are keeping us alive and improving our lives. That's how I look at Radiation yes sometimes the SE'S aren't always pleasant but I'm hoping that it zapped the heck out of the PCA and I will stay undetectable. And with time hopefully the SE's gradually fade away. What will be the best is when they come up with a scan that will detect even the smallest cell of cancer so a person only needs the zap where the cancer is. To the guys that are in treatment or starting this week have a good week and keep up your exercising.

Despite some constipation recently — nothing an extra cup of coffee couldn’t take care of — SEs from my RT have been remarkably few. No trouble urinating, no loss of continence, continued steady recovery from ED, even while still on Lupron. My own experience, at least, shouldn’t frighten anyone away from RT.

Given than threads get funky after 9-10 pages, I've started a continuation thread here:
