Cialas Side Effects

Hi guys,
Been shooting pool with a wet noodle since last September so at last Doctors appointment he offered up some samples and prescription of Cialas and Viagra. I tried the Cialas, 5 mg size daily for 3-4 days and noticed my sinuses became totally blocked to the point I couldn't bend over with my heading pounding and feeling dizzy. So I stopped until it cleared and tried again, this time I experienced not only blocked sinuses but woke up to extreme aches, especially in my legs. I mean, it was brutal and nothing like I ever felt before. So again I stopped taking Cialas and returned to normal. The Viagra sample is for 100 mg and to be honest, I really scared to even give it a go. Just wondering if any others here have experienced similar issues?

I have heard of guys who use nasal decongestants to offset the nasal/sinus congestion that is an occasional side effect of PDE5i drugs (like Cialis and Viagra). Sildenafil/Viagra doesn't stay in the bloodstream as long as Cialis does. This is usually a disadvantage but if you are looking to offset the stuffy nose with decongestants it might be easier to get the durations of effect to line up with sildenafil.

One tricky bit is that nasal decongestants tend to be vasoconstrictors and in large doses they tend to counteract the PDE5i drugs. (Pseudoephedrine is used as a rescue med for erections over 4 hours.) I suppose you could try a decongestant nasal spray. Note that it has to say "decongestant" not "antihistamine" -- allergy pill will do nothing helpful for the problem.
