Looks like Harvard is ahead of stanford in the race to create a vaccine - they have a nice video that shows on how it’s supposed to work. Hope it does.

A long way to go and hopefully it will bear fruit. 10 years of clinical may be next. Thankfully many institutions and companies are working on these and within the next 25 years we may see some amazing breakthroughs.
