“Bubba, I agree with the above. You seem to be in the middle of a few controversies here. That's ok but...what is your relationship and/or interest in prostate cancer?”
=====
Ok, this is fair question. I owe a response for causing trouble. But then I’m taking a break from here. I’ve had enough!!!!
It’s frustrating to argue with a closed mxxxx, Oops I can’t say that the mods will delete it. However, I can’t help notice it’s perfectly ok to say anything at all to me. My post from the previous page was basically removed even though I said nothing wrong. So I’ll say, it’s VERY frustrating to argue with a closed door, is that ok mods? Plus we are bringing up things out of the blue now, Laetrile, comedy skits, random trips to Nevada. How does one discuss rationally with irrational behavior? Did anyone here bring up Laetrile?? No, never. Then why do it?
However, then I get to repeat my question to you level 1 folks ---
What if you had a child that was ill, perhaps cancer, and not responding well to traditional treatment and only getting worse and rapidly losing weight. At the same time some small studies or research showed excellent improvements with (I’ll randomly pick raspberry extract here)
So… you would say to stay away and wait 20 years for a level one study that will likely never come? Or would work with your doc and try the extract?
That’s a tough one, huh, are you a bad parent or do you not practice what you preach?
Ok about
me(short version, because it’s complicated)
My PSA started to climb in 2010, 4, 5, 6, 7. Then rounds of antibiotics, I even chewed cloves of raw garlic(a natural antibiotic) and raw honey, no help. Negative biopsy’s, negative DRE. It kept going up, and never up and down. Then a few years later my PSA Jumped a lot from 9 to 11 then all the way to 16. I was terrified. My Johns Hopkins trained Uro said we need to do the 60 core biopsy… tomorrow. I agreed. When I got home I called and talked to doc and asked for 3 more months to see what I could do naturally. Doc didn’t like that idea at ALL, but he agreed. He likes me for some reason.
Why would I do that? I asked for this because I was able to achieve excellent results naturally with cholesterol, plus I was still afraid, even of the 60 core thing. I was able to get my LDL cholesterol from 185 to 99. I went on Lipitor twice previously, it locked up my muscles even with large doses of COQ10. Yes every cardiologist on planet earth knows about
COQ10 and statins. Is there a level 1 study about
this, I doubt it. For example, I would be in the car with my wife and she would say “can you get my purse out of the back”. I couldn’t even do that for her, my side muscles would lock up. I also got stuck once in the back yard because my leg locked up. But now I have perfect Lipitor type cholesterol numbers naturally, without Lipitor, and no muscle pain at all.
So more long story short, in 3 months my PSA went 16 to 13 naturally. Not good enough, but that bought me 3 more months and it went from 13 to 10. More long story short, now I’m stable at 6. Am I safe, No? Am I just covering up the issue, possibly. I talked this over with my Uro in depth. He likes my results but is still very concerned. Luckily for me the 4k score came out 1 or 2 years ago. I had the “lowest score my Uro has ever seen”. It said there was a 99.8 % chance I won’t get cancer in the next 10 years(or maybe it was 20, I forget). No, I won’t say what I take, you need to decide that for yourself. It’s an individual thing and my case is different. I don’t sell anything, or even promote anything. I will say the SELECT study was bull$H!#. I know why, Cashless knows why, Billy Bob knows why. It’s not rocket science, go grab a handful of walnuts.
So maybe I do have cancer, maybe I don’t, we don’t know for sure yet. Maybe I will be asking you guys about
surgery options one day.
But does diet and supplements affect the prostate? My PSA went from 16 to 6 in 6 months after rising fast for 6 years, so only a fool would say no.
Does diet and supplements affect cholesterol? My LDL went from 185 to 100, twice(more long story), so again only a fool would say no.
I will say I also had Gerd. That one is easy, bone broth(yes it sounds weird) and massive probiotics, and say goodbye to Gerd. That’s it. Which is important because PPI’s are very, very, very bad for you. One of the worst drugs you can take.
I have things to do today, and I hurried, so I hope the above made some sense.
So I’ll hang out a bit for any clarification/questions, except for about
what I take, and/or for people to call me more names whichever you prefer. But then I need a break from here. Believe it or not, I HATE to argue.
