Went to my Urologist today....
The good news, No mets so far....
Stage 2B
We discussed treatment options, I opted out of Surgery.
Will do the Radiation and Hormone, Get my first Lupron shot on the 8/22..
He will refer me out to RO..
And there's a good treatment place about a mile from me....
Now waiting on Insurance approval....
Now the fight begins....

Glad to hear you've got a plan.

That combo should do the trick.

That's the same treatment I chose, except I added chemo later. Congratulations on picking a treatment option. There is a relief when one has a plan. Good luck !

My Urologist said he orders Lupron, And then uses what every they send him...

Good luck MG. Be aware of the "Lupron Flu". about 2-4 days after the shot I felt like I got hit by a brick wall. It really felt flu like-sore muscles, exhaustion. And then boom-all better in 2 days. I also had a sore butt for a week after. Not everyone gets that so hope you are lucky.
