Psa anxiety - I’ve sinned

1yr 3 months coming up - I have to confess that I have been drinking alcohol regularly, a beer or two a day smile , having easy carbs , chicken, cereal milk and yogurt and not enough veggies - all big NO Nossmile hope I don’t get dinged. Will report in a coupe of weeks. I have however kept weight in check and doubled up on exercise.

If that's a sin oh well.
I sinned all the way to Mexico and back on a 7 day cruise...
Sept. 10 is my judgment day.

I’m glad I’m here sharing my journey and being part of yours.
Life is crazy, my tennis partner whose wife died of cancer at 50, 3 months back, succumbed to an auto accident t last week. I feel silly worrying about PSA, but it doesn’t go away.

as much as I sin, mine should be 10x higher.

talking to my door frame guy today about building me a door. He's in the hospital tonight with a heart attack after we spoke. He's 59. PSA ain't botherin' him tonight.

Richard, this means that it’s Prohibition days for all of us from here on ! Only exception is for those meeting in Rochester in September- for those who can make it - I can recommend going to letchworth state park to see some wonderful fall colors.
I made my trip to the friendly folks at lab corp this morning!

Docs office called with a nice result, I’m holding on to the <0.006 sign.

This experience is like a half loaded gun pointing at you - don’t know if you are one of those lucky ones drawing a blank. I got threw fine this time, but will be back on the chair soon.
