Insurance won't cover Xofigo - Looking for private pay options in other countries?

The doctor thinks that Xofigo is a good option but insurance will not pay for it. We are thinking that there might be clinics that offer this treatment that are more reasonable than those in the states. I know a lot of people go to India, Mexico, Canada... Does anyone have experience or information that can help us with a search? New to the forum but couldn't find a thread about this. Thanks

Have you searched online for co-pay / under-insured options? There is a pdf doc from the manufacturer at:

You may also be having to deal with "steps". Are they requiring that you try / fail on other possible treatments first?

Tell us a little more about your journey so far..Age, when diagnosed, Gleason score, PSA, treatment so far....

There is another radio isotope (Lu PSMA-617) that's in clinical trials (Vision, NCT 03511664) That works the same way as Radium 223 but seems to work much better. If you can get into the trial, the treatment is free..
