I chose not to view the video.🙂
You pose an interesting question. No dental care and possibly no dental hygiene if they don’t have any way to clean their teeth. But, if they don’t consume concentrated sugars or processed carbohydrates like bread, maybe their teeth hold up well. Genetics probably plays into it.
It is understandable that many would choose not to view these pics or video. It is difficult for me to watch wolves pull down an elk. Either the wolf starves or the elk has a horrible death. Nature is red in tooth and claw. However, I read that these folks do consume a lot of honey as well as the fruits they pick right off the trees and of course their hunting, which provides a whole lot of their calories.
But the teeth on that guy in picture #5 are a sight to behold! Very white, all present(in front anyway) and straight as an arrow. I don't think the highest priced orthodontist could exceed those results!

I bet they have lower prostate cancer rates.
I don't know if that is sarcasm or not. But either way, I'd bet you a $ it is almost nonexistant. But as I said in the OP, they might not often live long enough to develop many diseases, due to a hard life full of danger. Still.I wouldn't be surprised if some of them live to a very old age.
Again, check out the teeth(pics in this one should be safe for all to view)
