It has been a while since I have posted.

I had IMRT June 2017

My first PSA March 2018 was 0.098

Now Oct 1018 0.170

should I be worried?

Andrew, you probably missed it in his sig, he had surgery in 2014.

Steve, what does your RO have to say about the rise. THats not the reading you wanted, but I wouldn’t panic just yet, . This is just one rise, so I wouldn’t jump to conclusions yet. Ask for a retest, it could be lab error. Or just a normal bounce (although I’m not sure if a bounce is expected after SRT vs RT as primary treatment Wait until a trend develops. Take heartbin the fact that initially your PSA dropped after IMRT. IT COULD ALSO BE LAB ERROR, and if it’s not, you still want to wait until a trend develops before jumping to conclusions.

I change my vote to retest. You need a clear trend of rising PSA, but I'd be talking to the docs about retesting.

today, don't worry, go live life. If the confirmation test is up, well then you can worry a bit and start investing your next steps.
