hahaha...That's naive; saying it's so doesn't make it so.

Saying "I [the US president] have no financial interests in Saudi Arabia" doesn't make it true (it's not).

Saying "Every single Democrat in the Senate has signed up for open boarders" doesn't make it true (it's not).

Saying "That was the largest audience to witness an inauguration, period" doesn't make it true (it's not).

The decision for PSA screening should be an individual one. Men should have a discussion with their clinician about the risk and potential harms and benefits before deciding. The studies have shown that there is a small potential benefit of reducing the chance of death from prostate cancer in some men, but the studies have mostly included white male population cohorts, and additional studies have shown that the risk for Africa Americans is signficantly higher. Relevant data, as well as individual values and preferences should factor into each man's individual decision. There is no recommendation for screening or against screening; the recommendation is for patient education to take place. Bravo! [wide-spread applause]
