IGRT + IMRT

IGRT = image guided radiation therapy. This part of the machine controls where the beams go through your body.
IMRT = intensity modulated radiation therapy. This part of the machine changes the intensity of the beam as it pass through sensitive structures in your body (the IGRT part tells the IMRT when the beam is near those structures).

It might be more accurate to call it EBRT - external beam radiation therapy.
