3 1/2 yr post Brachy follow up.
After a small increase at 3 yrs my PSA is back trending lower. Just tried to update my profile but couldn't. At 3 yrs PSA was to 0.38. At 3 1/2 yrs it's now down to 0.187. Feeling great.

This trend is your friend. I am nearly eight out from HDR, IMRT, and ADT and just pulled another undetectable PSA. The combination works very well.
