PSA results 18 months out

Just got my PSA result back from my 18 month post RALP time, I’m at <.02.

Would this be considered undetectable at this level or would it require a lower threshold?

Just wondered how precise it needs to be given my pathology (specifically the presence of Tertiary Gleason 5.

The less than sign (<) has a lot of magic for you. You are lower than than detectable limit of the test, so it may as well read zero.
