Almost certainly unrelated. I don’t think it’s even possible (although nothing is impossible), to have symptoms of Prostate Cancer with a PSA of .2. Unless you are one of those rare birds with an aggressive cancer, usually Gleason 9 or 10, that puts out very little PSA.
It would help if you went to your profile and created a signature that includes your Gleason score, what your primary treatment was, the surgical pathology if it was surgery (which from your question, I assume it was) , and your PSA history. It will help others give you answers based on your personal situation,
