Been there. T3b here. My personal take is if you have G4's that are easy to find, then there are likely/possibly a G5 or 2 as well.
Time is important here, and the standard is to 'hit it while it's down', right after surgery. The ADT chemo further weakens whatever cancer remains so it is more likely to die from the radiation.
Yep, the therapies suck. The question is "do I do everything I can to try for a cure or accept that I may die of stage 4 cancer knowing I backed off of those therapies."
