When was your biopsy? When was the PSA taking? Well, poking 15 holes in your prostate and the resulting inflammation/infection can push your PSA up temporarily (weeks/months). This isn't unexpected. Your PC isn't going anywhere for a couple of months.
Stick with your plan, this reading doesn't change anything. In fact I'm surprised that anyone thought a PSA test now would be a useful thing to do.
Although, adding HT to your treatment plan might increase the effectiveness of the RT treatments, but your RO should already have discussed that with you.
