Last evening, I had a Hot flash that lasted for over 20 minutes, And if I exerted my self it got worse....
Anyone have one like this....

I can relate to the hot flashes MG. I am 1 week from the end of my last Lupron shot, and still get hot flashes once in a while.
My RO suggested I try Soy milk when I first started the ADT, and I must say it has helped me the last 7 months. I read there is a plant based estrogen in the Soy, and it helps combat having no testosterone. I drink 3 glasses a day, and the Soy I purchase is available in vanilla and chocolate flavor. It took about a week before I saw any decrease in the number or intensity of the hot flashes.

I hear yah, mine where going on for close to 30 minutes at times usually in the evenings. I have been taking 1200 mg of Gabapentin and it just seems to work, now for about 18 months.

Venlafaxine had worked originally for about 6 months when I 1st started Lupron.
