a glass of beer is neither half full or half empty.
It is always full - half beer, half air.

Only when there is no beer is there nothing in the glass.

But the "empty" bottle isn't empty, it has dreams of more beer.

BTW I'm brewing some Mead, I've never had it and this is my first attempt at brewing anything. The real pain is that once I bottle it, they say you should wait several months. Only brewing a gallon as honey is expensive.

Tomorrow my Cats play the Baylor Bears, so everyone set your Bat clocks to tune in the Bat channel for this one.

My dog is too small to open the fridge door and carry one back to me.
Guess I'll have to get another dog. (not trading in, just adding to the pack)

That will an interesting conversation at animal rescue, "I'm looking for a dog big enough to open the refrigerator and carry a bottle of beer."

and I recommend bottles, because a dog might get too excited and bite a hole in a can.

Sports report about the only Team that matters.....................to me.
KSU beat Baylor on the road, they take sole possession of first place in the Big 12.
We now have a 2 game lead with 8 to play.
In winning that game, KSU tied a school record for most consecutive conference wins at 8.
1972 was the last time they got there. FYI Lon Kruger, current OK head coach was on that team.
Next up, Texas at Texas, Tuesday night on E SPN 2.

Nothing isn't a goal you can set. It is a transcendental state of being that can only be achieved by unsetting goals and seeking the wind on the waves.

you don't do nothing, you become nothing.

Perhaps that is an example of doing something with nothing. The mathematical types might prefer saying it’s an example of doing nothing with nothing, which makes nothing seem less defined.

This thread is making me feel much more sympathetic towards nothing. Perhaps nothing deserves the right to exist.

Consider that in most explanations of how the world/universe was created - everything is created from nothingness. Therefore, nothing became something and without nothing there wouldn't be anything.
