I was in the kitchen making my lunch, All of sudden I felt my self getting wet, I had no sensation of having to urinate at all....
I was able to stop pretty quick, But still, That was weird, Good thing is I see my RO in about an hr. I will definetly bring that up....

That doesn’t seem surprising since you just finished RT. It happened to me once, but a long time removed from RT. No warning or knowledge it occurred until I sensed the wetness. I had stopped wearing pads when it occurred. After that experience (while at work) I wear a pad every day just in case.

It's called "incontinence." Incontinence is a common side effect from radiation therapy. Your RO will tell you the same thing, and probably recommend that you wear an incontinence pad.

That can happen.

Pads, talk to the doc, kegels, and in time it should stop.

MG, FWIW......I found the leaks a bit more frequent and difficult to control, after SRT.
I went back to religiously doing kegels 3 x a day, and it seems to have helped a lot.

I had my first follow up with my RO yesterday....
I mentioned the leaking, He ask if it was the first time, I said yes, He said we'll keep an eye on it....
RO said come back in 6 months and then another 6 months and then a year....
He said call if I have any concerns our questions....
2/20 I see my URO for test results for PSA and T level....And 2nd Eligard shot....

If the leaking continues, I'd suggest calling a URO. This is not an area of expertise for an RO.
