That is more likely to be prostatitis, or a UTI. PC rarely has symptoms except in its later stages and burning isn't a common one. A weak stream or difficulty voiding would be more common for PC.
In these cases a URO is likely to do what you've reported, cipro and recommend you drink more water.
It's highly unlikely you have PC - at your age you'd be a rare case and would likely make the medical record books if you did. You've got something. Do you best to finish the pills and see where that leaves you. I get that is difficult in your case, but try to tough it out. Sadly, prostatitis can be difficult to diagnosis and difficult to treat.
Due to your family history you do an a high risk for developing it, but that's not happening now.
